General Information

If the horse is under Veterinary care we would need written permission to undertake any treatments on the Horse .

Reese requires information on the horses nature so the horse can be handled safely. If Reese feels that the situation is too dangerous for herself, the horses handler or the treatment is stressful for the horse, the treatment will need to stop. Full payment would be required. A horses handler must always be present when the treatment is taking place.

Please ensure the horse is clean, dry and brushed ready for their appointment. If Reese is unable to conduct the assessment due to the horses being muddy or wet full payment would still be required.

We understand at times that appointments will need to be cancelled to another time. If the cancellation is less than 24hrs from your appointment time, full payment would be required.

We try to keep travel costs to a minimum and would consult you on any travel fees if required to travel to certain areas.

We prefer payments are made on the day. Payments can be made in the way of cash, Pay Id or direct deposit. A tax receipt will be emailed on receiving payment. Otherwise we can email you an invoice and payment is required within 5 days. 

You will be provided an emailed copy of your horses assessment and treatment plan recommendations.
